This logistics complex located in Mechelen brings together existing warehouses and a new construction project intended for storage and distribution activities. The existing site includes three warehouses for a total area exceeding 16,000 m². Warehouse 1 has 8,132.34 m², 10 loading docks, a large door, and a sanitary block with a shower and toilets. Warehouse 2 offers 4,697.87 m², 4 loading docks, and a large door. Warehouse 3 spans 3,628.94 m² with a large door and offers the possibility of adding an additional loading dock.
